The flag-off ceremony was organized by Pondicherry University at the Puducherry Bus Stand at 07.00 A.M on 07 Feb, 2021. Prof. Gurmeet Singh, the Vice-Chancellor of Pondicherry University flagged off the event. Representatives from Pondicherry University, Youth Hostels Association of India, Police Department and friends from media were present during the flag-off.

Flag-Off at 07.50 A.M. The Journey starts!

We started off Puducherry Bus Stand at 07.50 A.M to Guindy, Chennai. We had a reception at the Hablis hotel. After the reception, we took a train to the Chennai Airport to continue our journey.

We along with Commandant N. Somasundaram, Indian Coast Guard; Mr. Dipankar Ghose, Founder, Prakruthi and the F&B Manager of the Hablis Hotel in Chennai.

The brunch at the Hablis could be rightly termed as an extended inauguration with representatives from Indian Coast Guard and Dhairiyam Explorers Group 🙂
